agrestic yet majesstic

I've delayed updating for a while because I didn't feel like writing, but since Andypants is hungover like whoa and sleeping away the day, I have exhausted my internet entertainment means and resulted to this.

We went back to mom's house for the first time since we moved out. A bit strange actually. The hardwood floors she had put in were finished and they look really good. It makes the house a lot louder when you're in the basement but I don't have to worry about that anymore since I'm not there. I made a gin bucket for people to drink and Andy and myself divulged probably a bit too much. It was delicious and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Strange thing though, I don't like gin at all! Go figure.

Mom was suppose to be away in Atlantic City for the weekend seeing Fleetwood Mac but they decided to come home last night/this morning at 230AM... which meant that Andy and I then had to sleep on the floor which was totally awesome... riiiight. My hip is killing me and I feel like I know what it is to be a receiver of a hip replacement now. Also, I stepped on a rusty nail. I really hope tetanus vaccines do their job!
